Specific Terms and Conditions

• Design Selection: Choose from our curated Archival Collection, featuring select designs from our past seasons.
• Customization Options: we can modify the following aspects:
  1. Fabric - Type and design
  2. Color palette
  3. Embellishments
  4. Size and fit
• Design Integrity: To maintain the authenticity of our archival designs, certain elements may not be altered.
• Production Time: Please allow 8 weeks for production, depending on the complexity of the design.
• Price: The price will be quoted based on the customized design, fabric, and other specifications.
• Payment: 50% deposit (nonrefundable) is required to initiate production, with the balance due upon completion - payable before delivery.
• cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
• Returns: Due to the customized nature of these pieces, all sales are final.
• Ownership: The design and intellectual property rights remain with Kuhoo by tosha only
• Communication: We'll keep you informed throughout the production process.

5. Pay an advance deposit.
6. Final trial and balance Payment.
